My Z32 recently developed a horrible stumbling / hesitation while I was driving along at city speed. I had to keep on the gas to keep the car from stalling between red lights and eventually got it home. I had it flat bedded to my local Nissan dealership. I had previously had an issue with the alternator and sure enough it was almost falling out of the car so the tech resecured it but this did not resolve the problem. Coincidentally the starting motor is now gone and I have ordered a new (reman'd) one. There are no codes in my (Z1) ECU. The coolant temp sensor was showing a lower than normal temp even once warmed up so replaced that and the harness which (as I expected) did nothing. O2 sensors are fine. Moving on now to search for vacuum leaks... wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has some suggestions on where else I should be directing him to look.
